The main leaders of the company have attended, and all the staff gathered together to celebrate the New Year, talk about the development of Kaijing.  Looking back to 2022, for the current production environment, the production line should do a good job in the qualified rate and production cost of each order. In order to make each order well, the production line personnel should make use of the gathering time before and after the shift to publicize the production order requirements, production conditions, sudden problems and operation precautions, so as to ensure that the production problems can be prevented. Control the production cost, continuously promote the efficiency and cost reduction activities, and use the material shutdown; reasonably arrange the overtime hours, so that the production cost can be effectively controlled. During this production period, we encountered a lot of difficulties, but as long as we play a rope, do their own work, will usher in the spring of the market.
